You have 100 days to change your mind

European legislation requires any e.commerce site to guarantee the return of the delivered goods within 14 days. At MY-DECO-SHOP.COM, we find that this delay can sometimes seem insufficient for some products. And as we are sure of the quality of the items we present, we have put in place this exceptional service that answers many questions ... "and if finally the color does not please me, and if it is too big? and if..."

We are aware that some products, such as the very beautiful and very soft rugs that we offer (you should try them!) Are not necessarily highlighted with photos.
We put ourselves in your place, because we too are consumers, and above all, we want our customers to be 100% SATISFIED!

MY-DECO-SHOP offers the possibility to return your purchase within 100 days *

If the return occurs within 14 days, and in accordance with the law, the refund is made as soon as possible, usually within 24/48 hours, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the products. The refund method will correspond to the mode used during the order. For example, if you have paid your order by credit card, we credit the account linked to your credit card with the amount due. Partial refunds are possible (if for example only one product of your order is returned to us).
These provisions do not apply to businesses or professionals. Only individuals can benefit from the right of withdrawal (articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code).

If the return occurs after the legal deadline and within the limit of 100 days, a voucher of the full value of the returned products will be established.
