You have 100 days to change your mind

European legislation requires any e.commerce site to guarantee the return of the delivered goods within 14 days. At MY-DECO-SHOP.COM, we think that this delay can sometimes seem insufficient for some products. And as we are sure of the quality of the products we are representing, we have set up this exceptional service that answers many questions... "What if the color finally doesn't please me? What if it's too big? What if..."

We are aware that some products, like the very beautiful and very soft rugs that we propose (you should try them!) are not necessarily highlighted with pictures.
We put ourselves in your shoes, because we also are consumers, and above all, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied!

MY-DECO-SHOP offers the possibility to return your purchase within 100 days *

If the return occurs within 14 days, and in accordance with the law, the refund is made as soon as possible, usually within 24/48 hours, and this, at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the products. The refund method will correspond to the mode used during the order. Thereby, if you have paid your order by credit card, we credit the account linked to your credit card with the amount due. Partial refunds are possible (if for example only one product of your order is returned to us).
These provisions do not apply to businesses or professionals. Only individuals can benefit from the right of withdrawal (Articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code).

If the return occurs after the legal deadline and within the limit of 100 days, a voucher of the full value of the returned products will be established.

* by applying the same conditions dictated by the law, namely to make the objects in a new state, without having been used and / or altered. Are excluded from this guarantee of retraction, personalized products or made to measure following the instructions or options chosen by the customer when confirming the order and requiring custom manufacturing (a table made-to-measure for example, or a custom sofa made in a fabric chosen according to your instructions). These products are available after the time necessary for their manufacture, and are presented on the site with a mention of manufacturing time ranging from 2 to 12 weeks. The choice of a material or colors specifically chosen by the customer for the product ordered, but also the combination of colors or specific furniture, are considered as an order for personalized and custom-made products. Also excluded from this possibility of return, and for obvious reasons of hygiene, futons, mattresses and similar items, such as Armchairs-Futons. These articles are neither taken back nor exchanged.

Contact the customer service to obtain a return number which should appear prominently on your package (preferably near the address label).
