Your order is treated with the utmost seriousness
Shipping
For products in stock, shipments are made either the same day or within 24 to 48 hours maximum. Orders validated before 12h with EXPRESS transport are processed immediately, and are sent the same day. If you have an emergency, contact us. We will find the solution with you. We are reachable from Monday to Saturday, from 9h to 22h.

Tracking the order
You receive by mail a "notice of order preparation" and a little later a "notice of dispatch" when these steps are crossed. You have the opportunity to follow step by step the processing of your order. (my account / my orders section) A tracking number is also sent to you by e.mail when the order leaves our warehouses.

Personalization
Many items are customizable, and adapt perfectly to your project: we offer a maximum choice of colors, always retaining a high level of quality for selected materials. We encourage you to ask us for samples of fabrics or materials. We will be happy to send them to you.

Some creations are simply unique (and sometimes even numbered), made by designers or artists, who realize them on order. On this occasion, certain parts can also be modified, according to your imperatives.

These products are not available on stock - however, the waiting period is reasonable.
We place an order with our creative partners, craftsmen, or manufacturers, within the hours following the validation of your order.
The delivery time varies from several days to a few weeks: these average times appear on each of the product descriptions. The information is also included in the details of your basket. We confirm you, in the days that follow, the actual delivery date. If a change was to occur, advanced date or - slightly! - delayed, we inform you immediately. We like transparency and efficiency, a guarantee of continuity and fidelity.

About Loyalty: For each order, we credit your account by 2% of the total value of your purchases (except in the case where the reward is already included in your discount). "My lists" - instructions:
Create a list, give it an easily recognizable name (that of a project, a person, or just call it "our wedding" or "my birthday"), choose the products you like, and add them to your list thus created. You also have the possibility to share your lists with your acquaintances, your friends. Thus, they can consult your selection of products, and why not? to please you by offering you exactly what you like.

An architect can also create several lists (for each of his projects), and thus present, very easily, the selected products to his partners.
We can add, modify, delete products. It is also possible to "sort" the products by associating a very visual rating system (1, 2, or 3 stars for the preferred products). Simple and efficient.
