This shipping back possibility, automaticaly extended to 100 days to all our products, except some specific exclusions:
Exclusions: some specific products (mainly those which are personalized, such as for example a specifically designed table, products produced according to your dimensions or colors). If you have any question about this service, please feel free to contact us.
It will be necessary, of course, that the product reaches us in as new, and in its original packing.
A voucher will be established and attached to your account, as soon as we get the products back.
It's easy, fast, and it's guaranteed! No discussion: you don't need to give us a reason (even if we would appreciate this information, to understand why you changed your mind).
Of course, if the problem which occurs is of our fact, we refund you without any discussing within the next 24/48 hours.
You should not forget to contact first my-deco-shop's customer service, to get a valid returning number which will have to be reproduced in good place on your returning parcel (near the addresses label, for instance) to accelerate the return process validation.
